The location was excellent for my husband and myself, very close to St James's Park tube station and only a few stops to Leicester Square and also we could walk through St James's Park to Trafalgar Square and various places of interest. The hotel is super, very friendly and helpful staff and our room was lovely with a comfortable bed plus feather pillows. The management give guests complimentary wine and canapés most evenings. We really liked the bar and the bar staff were very skilled at making fabulous cocktails. Lovely hotel with a warm atmosphere.

Excellent location close to major sites and transport. Staff very responsive. Entrance and main foyer delightful. Great to know the interesting history of hotel in the WW2.

The location and architecture of the hotel is stunning. Within walking distance of all the Westminster sights. Ramos in the lobby was wonderful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar area and general seating around the main entrance were very comfortable and welcoming. An unexpected happy hour exists with wine and canapes. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of Westminster top attractions and Buckingham Palace. The underground station St James Park is close by.

Location was good a lot of construction around the area scaffolding made visual impression of hotel below par. Staff were excellent across the board, the bed was really comfortable had a good night's sleep room impeccable. Would have scored a 9.5 overall if able.

absolutely beautiful hotel, beautifully manicured, designed and maintained. well trained, friendly and service-minded staff from all over the world. large plush towels, comfortable beds, canned waters and chocolate bars replenished every day free of charge in room. affordably priced restaurant w amazing breakfasts. old world charm. 100% best location for all tourist attractions, etc...best hotel ever...will return!

If you're looking for a great hotel in a terrific location look no further than St. Ermine's. Its location is an easy walk to St. James tube station, Westminster and Buckingham Palace. It is also tucked-in to a side street that gives it a unique appeal. Comfort is as you'd expect for a hotel in this price range and it is reasonable priced for a hotel in this location. Also, the service exceeded my expectations. There was always someone there to wait on us and the entire staff was very attentive.

Comfortable beds, soft sheets, excellent room cleaning service. Everyone was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Great tv channel selection for down time in the room!
